Heidi went everywhere with us. It is hard to imagine a vacation or even an afternoon hike without her. She was always full of energy and loved to follow us anywhere. Even though her legs were short, she had amazing stamina, well into her golden years. And when it was too much, she was easy to carry with us, which she didn’t mind at all.
We don’t have the data, but we feel confident that Heidi must have been one of the most well-traveled wiener-dogs. As near as we can tell she visited

We always planned our vacations around dog-friendly activities and looked forward to exploring the countryside or the side streets of a new city with Heidi. We truly miss her, but are thankful for all of the adventures, through all of the countries.
